General Terms & Conditions (Draft)

1. Services

Lumira Awakenings offers wellness services including Kundalini Activation, Reiki, Breathwork, Meditation, COSMIC Energy Sessions, Group Sessions, Private Sessions, Retreats and Online Sessions. These services are intended for relaxation, self-development and personal wellbeing.

2. Not Medical Care

Services are complementary wellness practices and do not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care.

3. Participation

Participation is voluntary. Participants confirm they are at least 18 years old and accept responsibility for their own wellbeing.

4. Contraindications

Pregnancy is excluded. Participation is not permitted in cases of psychosis, schizophrenia, uncontrolled epilepsy, serious cardiovascular disease, recent major surgery or under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

5. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed after payment or deposit.

6. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours. Within 24 hours the deposit is non-refundable.

7. Liability

Participation is at your own risk. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Health Declaration

Participants confirm all health information is truthful.

9. Informed Consent

Participants understand emotional and physical responses may occur and no outcome is guaranteed.

10. Preparation

Avoid alcohol/drugs for 24 hours, heavy meals for 2 hours, wear comfortable clothing and drink water.

11. Aftercare

Hydrate, rest and contact Lumira Awakenings with questions.

12. Privacy

Information is treated confidentially.

13. Photos & Videos

Only used with explicit consent.

14. Intellectual Property

All materials remain property of Lumira Awakenings.

15. Governing Law

Spanish law applies.
